CENTRAL EUROPE. Noricum (East). Circa 2nd-1st centuries BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 11.08 g, 9 h), 'Samobor A' type. Wreathed and diademed male head to left. Rev. Celticized horse prancing left. Göbl, Noricum, 6-12 (Av.29a/Rv.91). Dembski 866. Lanz 160 (same dies). Beautifully toned. Thin flan crack and the obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, good very fine.
